Meet the Team
Ben Holscher
This is Ben Holscher, owner and founder of The Holscher Team! Ben and his beautiful wife, Jessica, grew up and live in Upstate New York, giving them a great love and passion for this area. They live in their country home with their two dogs, Aida and Winston, and over 100 house plants. Fun fact: Ben loves the outdoors, and is doing the Catskill 3500' Peak Challenge! He, and a group of good friends, are hiking about one peak a month until he finishes. Funner fact: Ben and Jessica are expecting their first little one later this Fall 2022!
Hannah Emhof
This is Hannah, our lead administrator! She married Will, her highschool sweetheart, and together they are raising their sweet baby girl. Thanks to our remote office structure, Hannah enjoys being able to continue working while being a mom. Fun fact: Hannah is Ben Holscher’s sister-in-law! She has been working with Ben since she was in highschool, and even helped him start up The Holscher Team. Funner fact: She is a very talented artist and even used to work as a professional hairdresser!
Danielle Knowlton
This is Danielle, our administrative assistant! She and her husband, Chris, met in college and spent two years of their relationship apart (with Chris in Nigeria and Danielle in Spain) before getting married and settling down in Upstate NY. Fun fact: She is training to become a yoga teacher with local studio, Yoga People Oneonta! Funner fact: She grew up in India, and spent most of her life traveling the globe! She loves that working with The Holscher Team has provided a sense of warm community among the team.
Ben Cotter
This is Ben Cotter, our buyers specialist! He and his wife are living in the beautiful city of the hills, raising their adorable daughter together. Fun fact: Ben also works as a chiropractor, is in the process of building a house, and is the photographer behind the amazing photos & videos on our website and listings! Funner fact: He won the NY State Championship for the long jump! Ben loves that working with The Holscher Team gives him the opportunity to help people meet their needs and achieve their goals.
Morgan Ulmer
This is Morgan, our transaction coordinator! She's been married to her amazing husband for 6 years and they are having a blast raising their two little boys. Fun fact: she doesn't live in NY! She works completely remote in the state of Virginia. Funner fact: Morgan got connected to us because she met our Admin, Danielle, in India in 2014! She loves that working with The Holscher Team gives her the flexibility to continue to prioritize raising her two amazing boys while working remote.
