This is Ben Holscher, owner and founder of The Holscher Team! Ben and his beautiful wife, Jessica, grew up and live in Upstate New York, giving them a great love and passion for this area. They live in their country home with their two dogs, Aida and Winston, and over 100 house plants. Fun fact: Ben loves the outdoors, and is doing the Catskill 3500' Peak Challenge! Funner fact: Ben and Jessica are the proud parents to Terran, who is already closing in on a year old!

This is Kirenia Ortega Roja, our marketing assistant! Recently immigrated from Cuba with her daughter, she has a master's degree in business administration. Fun fact: she loves animals, and is delighted to be in the USA and Oneonta. She is excited to be in the “land of opportunity.” Kirenia is delighted to use her business and marketing education to help produce listing packages that drive our excellent results for our sellers.

This is Morgan, our dedicated transaction coordinator! She's been married to her amazing husband for 6 years and they are having a blast raising their two little boys. Fun fact: she doesn't live in NY! She works completely remote in the state of Virginia. She loves that working with The Holscher Team gives her the flexibility to continue to prioritize raising her two amazing boys while working remotely.

This is Ben Cotter, our amazing photographer & videographer! He and his wife are living in the beautiful city of the hills, raising their adorable daughter together. Fun fact: Ben also works as a chiropractor and is in the process of building a house! Funner fact: He won the NY State Championship for the long jump! Ben loves using his tech savvy and creativity to produce bautiful media packages for our clients.

I was born in Turkey, where I completed my undergrad in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middle East Technical University. In ‘98 I moved to Boston, MA and completed my grad studies at Northeastern University's Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. I’ve enjoyed a succesfful tech career since 2000, while also completing another graduate degree in Management and Information Systems. While moving to NYC, I bought a home and began to love real estate. I am full of ideas, insights, and recommendations for my clients. I am thrilled to call the Catskill Mountains home as I serve my clients at a high level!
