Ben Holscher

Ben bought his first rental property while studying marketing, management and history at Hillsdale College. Since then, real estate has become an outlet for creativity, passion and financial growth for him and his beautiful wife, Jessica. Between fixing their own home in Oneonta, NY, renting property to students, and helping other folks buy and sell houses, he finds fulfillment in helping others to own and enjoy something as tangible as real estate. As a businessman in upstate New York he has a thorough understanding of the real estate market and knows what it takes to champion a client’s needs. In 2013 he founded a non-profit operation in Hillsdale, Michigan, which is still thriving to this day. After graduating from Hillsdale in 2014 he led Holscher Sealcoating, one of the top grossing and highest rated asphalt maintenance companies in Rhode Island and Roxbury Mountain Maple, the second largest maple farm in the Catskill Mountains. The skills he learned in business translate directly into achieving results for his real estate clients.
